Nowadays, for rapid prototype making material are not restricted to plastic and metal material. The foam material are applied more and more extensively at present. Now let us introduce a kind of foam -- EVA.
What is EVA foam?
Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) is a closed cell foam. EVA , foam gluing and laminating with fabric of artificial leather, etc. EVA foam can be shaped with heat, glued to other pieces of EVA or materials, and painted. EVA foam comes in various thickness and densities.

Product characteristics: The general hardness of rb is 25 °-30 °, soft and elastic. In rapid prototype making, it’s always acts as packing or some light weight and volume requirements for product test.
It can be customized according to customer requirements, size, material, thickness, color, hardness, etc. The following material schemes are commonly used:
1.Thickness: 0.3mm-60mm.
2. Color: black / white / color, Color can be adjusted according to Pantone number, and can be produced according to the actual color of customer sample by 90% close to the standard sample.
3. Hardness: 25-30 degrees, 30-35 degrees, 38-42 degrees, 45-50 degrees, 55-60 degrees, 65-70 degrees and so on.
